If you are using OKTA, Azure, JumpCloud or Google Workspace, please read those specific instructions:

Follow the steps below to configure SSO for other Identity Providers:

Step 1: Get SAML Settings from SellerCrowd

  1. Log in to your team owner/admin SellerCrowd account and navigate to the Billing Team tab at https://sellercrowd.com/settings/billing-team/

  2. In the SAML section, locate and copy/save the following details (those will be necessary in the next step.):

    • Entity ID

    • Organisation ID

    • Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL

Step 2: Configure Sellercrowd in your Identity Provider

The configuration steps may vary depending on your Identity Provider (IdP). Generally, you'll need to set up a connection by creating an app or integration. To correctly configure it, use the following details:

  • Entity ID: Use the value provided in step 1.

  • Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL: Use the value from step 1.

  • Organization ID (if required): Use the organization value from step 1.

  • Subject ID / Name ID: Choose the value that corresponds to the user's email (e.g., email or email address).

  • Use Redirect Endpoint (if available): Ensure this option is checked. It's essential for enabling redirection from SellerCrowd to your Identity Provider during the login process.

  • For attribute mapping:

    • first_name → map to your user's first name

    • last_name → map to your user's last name

If you encounter some problems, reach as via intercom or mail us: techsupport@sellercrowd.com.

After completing the configuration, you should receive (or possibility to acquire) an Metadata XML file. This version aims for clarity and flow while maintaining the key points.

Step 3: Enable SSO in Sellercrowd

  1. Open a page which was obtained in last instruction of step 1 and click I have the XML.

  2. Copy content of file (open in editor and copy all text inside) obtained in step 2 and paste to form:

  3. Click Enable SSO.

SSO service is now active. You can test if working correctly using given url: https://sellercrowd.com/login/sso . In case of an issue, you can always deactivate SSO by clicking Disable SSO. When SSO is active, regular members cannot login using email login (owner and administrators still can use email). If you need extra support, you can contact us via Intercom or using email: techsupport@sellercrowd.com.
