If you are using OKTA, Azure, JumpCloud, please read those specific instructions:

Follow the steps below to configure SCIM integration in other Idenity Provider:

Step 1: Get SCIM Settings from SellerCrowd

  1. Log in to your team owner/admin Sellercrowd account and navigate to the Billing Team tab at https://sellercrowd.com/settings/billing-team/

  2. In the Provisioning (SCIM) section, locate and copy/save the following details (those will be necessary in the next step.):

    • SCIM Endpoint

    • Access Token (Bearer)

Step 2: Create a SCIM Application in Identify Provider

The configuration steps may vary depending on your Identity Provider (IdP). Generally, you'll need to set up a connection by creating an scim app or integration. Often, SCIM integration is addition to SAML application. To correctly configure it, use the following details to activate:โ€‹

  • SCIM Url/Endpoint: Use the value provided in step 1.

  • Version: Use version 2.0

  • For Authorisation: Select bearer token authorisation and for token value use one obtained in step 1.

  • Disable Groups: Sellercrowd does not support groups.
