Is user provisioning enabled?
Yes, when SSO is enabled. If a user logs in via SSO and is verified by the Identity Provider (IdP), an account is automatically created if one doesn’t already exist. Their email, first name, and last name are pulled from the IdP settings. (Email is based on the NameID in the IdP configuration.)
Is SSO login enforced?
Partially. Users with a work email linked to an SSO domain must log in via the IdP, but they can still use social logins. If your IdP is Google, they can also log in with Google.
Users with personal emails can log in normally, as we don’t restrict accounts to work emails.
Does SSO deprovision users?
No. The only restriction is that deactivated work emails can’t be used to log in. However, users with a personal email on file can still access their accounts.
For full user management, we recommend SCIM integration, which syncs users with your billing team and helps manage subscription access.
SSO is enabled, but some users can still log in via email. Why?
Billing team owners and admins can always log in via email.
What if my Identity Provider is down?
In case of an IdP outage, billing team owners and admins can log in via email and temporarily disable SSO until the issue is resolved.
Does SellerCrowd support Single Logout (SLO)?
No, Single Logout (SLO) is not currently supported. Let us know if this feature is important to your team—we may consider adding it.
What does SCIM handle?
SCIM lets you manage your billing team by automatically adding or removing users. However, it does not fully remove accounts.
Does SCIM affect my subscription cost?
Possibly. Adding members via SCIM works the same as adding them manually and may increase costs based on your plan.
Does SCIM support groups?
No, SellerCrowd does not support SCIM groups.
Where can I find SSO/SCIM settings?
Only billing team owners and admins can access these settings in the My Team page under the Settings menu.
